We currently provide management services for approximately 1,000 apartment units in the Omaha metro area. On-site staff at each complex provide day-to-day service. In addition, we have two roving maintenance men to provide technical services such as heating, air conditioning, and appliance repair. We also have a large group of independent contractors who can provide necessary services such as cleaning, painting, plumbing, electrical, locksmith repairs, pest control, lawn care, snow removal, and trash removal. Since each property is handled independently, there is no obligation to use any of these contractors; however, they are at the property owner's disposal if needed. Our units show diversity in locations and floor plans, making it easy to find a place that fits your needs.
